This image is an ideal of how I write … usually I’m sprawled over my sofa with my papers in disorganised heaps, scrambling for the pen I had five minutes ago. The coffee is accurate though. And the cat. (And yes, I did treat myself to a very geeky ‘feather’ pen which I spotted in a supermarket).
It is very risky. But each time a child opens a book, he pushes open the gate that separates him from Elsewhere.
